You are buying 20 uncleaned seeds We get very good germination rate by cleaning the fruit off the seeds and soaking in a bowl of water for 24 hours, then putting the seeds in a pot with soil and covering with a layer of soil. Water well and cover pot with plastic wrap or put whole pot in 1 gallon bag and seal. Put the pot on a heat mat or wait for high summer temps outside to start them if you don’t have a heat mat. Check for seeds to sprout after 2 weeks. Make sure soil doesn’t dry out
