If you have a copy of the book Airlines of the United States since 1914 by R.E.G. Davies on pages 36 and 37 there is a history of the airline. (If you don't have this book and you are interested in early U.S. airlines you need this book!) Page 37 shows an advertisement for RYAN AIRLINES. In the center of the advertisement is a graphic of an aircraft. THE IMAGE ON THIS POSTCARD is the basis of that graphic including the people looking out the windows of the aircraft! I have not seen another postcard from this airline nor have I seen another example of this card offered in 25+years of collecting airline postcards. The condition of the card is listed above.
