Description: Every year before the temperature gets below freezing, it is necessary to winterize your RV/Camper. Part of that process is draining the hot water heater. This drain funnel will direct the majority of the water away from the side of your camper and stop it from pooling in the bottom front pan of the hot water heater. Sometimes when you drain your hot water heater, sediment and rust can come out. This drain funnel will keep that stuff from getting all over your hot water heater and the side of your camper. Please ensure you watch the video and look at the picture and dimensions to ensure it will fit your water heater. Right now, I can only guarantee fitment on a water heater that looks like the one in the pictures. If you have a different hot water heater, please message me as I am currently looking for people to test fitment on a variety of models. The funnel is designed so you can get a socket on the water heater drain, leave it in place, and insert a cleaning wand into the hot water heater. Also note that the funnel will likely not get 100% of the water away from the drain, but it should get most of it. The dimensions of the funnel are 7"X3.5"X1.2" LXWXH. Do not leave the funnel inside the hot water heater access area while the hot water heater is running; you will likely melt the funnel.
