Owen served in the US House of Representatives (1929-1933). Owen was only the second woman to be elected to the House from the South. A pioneer in the film industry, where Owen was a director, producer and screenwriter. 7.25 X 9.25. Minor chip lower left corner. Stamped on verso from the Theatrical Studio, Chicago.
