It is in good/acceptable condition with some wear. The front and back labels are clean with some minor wear and scratches. The front label has a small lifted/peeling spot on the right side (see photos). The cart shell is clean with some minor wear, some minor spots of grime, and some moderate yellowing. I have personally cleaned this game's contacts with isopropyl alcohol and played it for about 15 minutes on my modified SNES. It works perfectly, with no issues whatsoever.
