This postcard was purchased at a University of Wisconsin Historical Society dispersal of items no longer needed. The colored border is a cardboard panel so that all edges of the postcard are visible. The image has excellent clarity and contrast. The postcard has light corner and edge wear. Be sure to "click image to view an enlarged version" of the postcard. USA domestic buyer has free mailing.
