Description: This is a new very high quality and very correct Ross steering box repair / rebuild kit. This kit contains a new sector shaft, sector shaft bushings and seal, worm gear bearings and races plus the all important gasket. This will fit the Ross steering boxes in the MB, GPW, CJ2A, 3A, and early CJ3B. These are the only applications I know for this particular kit. This will take over 50% of the play out of your steering wheel. Don't miss a great item for your restoration. This is a 7/8" sector shaft with a 1 1/2" spread on the pins. QTM This will not fit the M38 with the odd ball 15/16 steering sector shaft, or M38A1 and M170 (round fender 24 volt military jeeps) with the larger steering box. NOTE: For the M38 please check your sector shaft measurements. Majority of the M38 boxes have a 15/16" sector shaft with 1 1/2" pins. Sorry We don't know if this fits your tractor application. We only deal and know about the jeeps.
