This background color sold by Roseville as "PERSION BLUE".• Note the fine circular ridge lines in the background. Some Roseville pieces were 'over glazed, losing the texture of the pottery - - NOT this piece!• The size of this piece ... 7" wide from stylish handle to handle ... 10.25" tall ... base is 3.5" Diam.• Bottom embossed with "Roseville, USA" and "IV2 - 10" (raised).• Typical Roseville subtle art deco glaze colors - lovely.• Pattern on the two sides are subtly different: 'A' side has more green leaves than the "B" side.♦ Weighs just under 3 pounds ... Shipping weight will come in around 5.5 pounds, and include INSURANCE.CONDITION: This piece has a MASSIVE chip on the upper lip:On the upper lip above one handle there is a section MISSING: 2.5" Long . . . about .5" down from the lip. It's a bit more noticed from the "A" side, so we displayed this piece in our collection high on a shelf with the "B" side out. If done carefully the chip is not seen. The same handle has a shallow chip. This has been colored blue, so is little noticed.There are a couple more very small chips at the lower edge (contact ring).
