If your watch is acting up, and you need a diagnosis, please specify what is going on with the watch, in many cases, an overhaul and service can fix the problem. Our expert watchmaker is extremly practical and efficient at dignosing any issues. If your watch needs a repair, we will send you a quote before performing any additional work, just please expect delays as often times specific parts must be ordered. We do keep stock on all the standard most often used parts in all the different common models, so it's only in the rare case you need a repair that your watch could take longer than the normal 3 weeks. We make this super easy! Step 1: You tell us the value of your watch, if you don't know, we will help you figure that out. Step 2: We email you packing instructions, and a pre insured FEDEX priority overnight shipping label for you to print. Step 3: You take it to the nearest Fedex, and we get your watch the next day.
