Description: Rolex Ref. 4381 18K Rose Gold 20mm Ladies Cocktail Wristwatch ca. 1940's. This vintage beauty has a solid gold case measuring approximately 20mm x 20mm x 34mm lug to lug x 7mm thick (including crystal). The case back is stamped "315670". The case has the start of a very light patina near the fancy lugs, light surface wear and is in overall good condition. The original rose colored dial has gold baton and dot indexes, gold hands, a seconds register at six o'clock and is marked "Rolex - Swiss Made". The dial has aging, as pictured. The crystal is in great condition. The inside case is stamped "Rolex 31 Victories - DeHaute Precision - Geneve - Suisse - 0.750 - 18K - 4381". The movement is stamped "Rolex - 18 Rubies - Timed 6 Positions - Patented Superbalance". All screws and jewels are in great condition. Crown wind and set. This watch is running. No guarantee of future performance. The watch has a two piece cord strap that will it a wrist up to approximately 6 inches. The strap is not Rolex.
