Unfolds to a city plan of New York which has a giant arrow locating the restaurant and is topped by a long double row of photographic images showing key points of interest. The list of locations printed on reverse of the map includes Places of Amusement with many theatres and night clubs, plus a long list of specific hotels. Publisher's pictorial paper wrappers, oblong sheet multi folded into panels. No doubt given away as a promotional to help encourage tourists to visit. Item is old and shows some signs of handling and time. Item is not new or in "new" condition. Paper covers age worn, slight rubbing, remains overall clean and attractive as a fragile survival. Paper is still clean, well preserved, and sound. Still attractive on the shelf. The scarce tourist map displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
