Description: Ridgway Morley Wear Rock & Bird Hand Colored Transferware Tea Bowl & Saucer Antique British earthenware tea bowl and saucer. Decorated in the Rock & Bird pattern with hand colored highlights in blue, pink, green, and orange. Marked on the bottom with a crown and the pattern number 258. Produced by Ridgway Morley Wear & Co between 1835 and 1842. Has some crazing typical of earthenware, but otherwise good condition. The tea bowl measures approximately 4 inches wide x 2 7/8 inches tall. The saucer measures approximately 5 7/8 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece. KVFX
