Description: Rhipsalis floccosa Native to South American subtropical and tropical forests, this wonderful and rare Rhipsalis species makes an interesting addition to any Epiphytic Cactus collection. The attractive plants are composed of long strands of 1/4" thick leaves, and the neat foliage is adorned with small, creamy white flowers in late spring. The flowers are then followed by glistening white-pink fruit - adding interest later in the season. The fruit are sweet and tasty, and on a large adult plant, one can enjoy a few handfuls of fruit each season. Not often available. Grows to large proportions and makes a stunning specimen plant. This offering is for one 8" stem cutting - freshly cut and dipped in rooting hormone. The cutting you will receive is healthy and true to name (and may show a few nicks and dings). Cultivation Instructions Included with Purchase! I've been growing and collecting Epiphyllums and other jungle cacti for nearly 50 years, and enjoy over 700 varieties in my collection. It would be hard to choose a favorite, but it would probably have to be the one that's right in front of me! All photos are of plants in my own collection - unless stated otherwise. Flower photos are for reference only. Not in bloom. The last photo is of a small basket of the fruit. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - SORRY - I ONLY SHIP TO THE US.
