This item is from my personal collection and has been well taken care of. Case and cassette are in Very Good condition. The case has a little bit of standard shelf wear (see photos for a look at every side), but is in overall fantastic shape. PLEASE NOTE: all of the VHS movies I am selling were purchased from various dealers, distributors, and retail stores many years ago. Unless there is still a sticker for a video rental location anywhere on the case or cassette (this will be noted in the listing), I have no way of verifying which of these items are former rental copies. I can tell you that the vast majority of the movies I purchased over the years were NOT from rental stores, and that these were all my personal copies that I watched without any significant playback issues.
