The t-shirt is clean, there are no rips or stains. The t-shirt is from a smoke free home, (but not pet free, we have dogs) The T-Shirt has been washed, it is a clean but well loved one owner from my kid's t-shirt collection. It is men's M regular fit and gray in color but a little faded, the graphic on the front also looks a little faded.
