Description: This is a replica of what a double bit battle axe might have looked like. These are made by me using local natural wood handles and agate stone heads. This axe has a total length of 9 1/4 inches with a head length of 5 inches. The natural wood handle has the agate stone axe head custom fitted into it and is firmly fastened to the handle with epoxy resin and leather strapping. The custom made stand comes with the battle axe. This axe would make a great display piece for any artifact collection.
