This is a new heater unit for replacing the missing or broken/damaged original heater units used for drying watch parts on these precision cleaning machines. Will work with L&R Master & Mastermatic Watch Cleaning Machines with front panels like the one pictured. If your machine has front panels like the one pictured and castings like the ones pictured, then this heater unit should be a perfect replacement. Another rare part brought to you by us that was unobtainable to watchmakers, until now! This particular heater unit is rated at 200Ω (ohms) and 50w (watts). These are a direct replacement to the originals and can be mounted right onto the original heater unit bracket! No modifications required! To install your new heater unit, it is required that you remove the front panel along with the old heater and bracket attached. This will allow for easy access to the bracket screw. Once the front panel has been freed, unsolder both leads from the old heater. Next unscrew and remove the bracket screw and carefully remove the old heater. Place the new heater in the bracket. Replace and tighten the screw snugly, making sure the leads can reach the contact points on the heater before tightening completely. Then solder the leads onto the heater contacts and reinstall the entire assembly back into the cleaning machine.
