Description: This motor replaces the much more expensive original. Comes with mounting hardware and wire nuts. Only material difference from the original is how it mounts and wires. Simply use the included nuts and washers to secure it and wire nuts to splice the wires that went to the motor terminals. Ground wire can be secured to the mounting bracket as this has no ground terminal on it. Takes no longer to install this than the original. Over 200 sold and no complaints. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU ARE GOING TO COMPLAIN THAT THE WIRES DON'T PLUG IN- LOOK AT THE PICTURE AND READ THE WHOLE LISTING TO UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM SELLING. I WOULD NOT BE SELLING THIS IF IT DID NOT WORK! You are getting exactly what the listing describes. Buy the OEM for way more if you are the least bit nervous about making this motor work for you. I use these in my service business. Motor has been powered on to make sure it works as I don't need any returns claiming it's "defective". You can take the wires and stick them in any household outlet and you can see that the motor will run. Ships priority mail and cost is correct- it's just part of your price.
