Description: I am a ProCAT, Stenograph, Baron Data, and Xscribe Authorized Service Provider. I have been servicing the court reporting industry since 1984. I service, repair, and adjust the following court reporting writers for both local and shipping customers:- All Xscribe models - Stenorams, Ultra, FirstCat, Vision486- All Stenograph writers - Manual, Steno-lectric, Smartwriter, Stenturas, Elan Miras, Elan Cybras, Diamantes, Wave, and Luminex- All Baron Data writers - Transcriptors- All ProCAT writers - Prowriters, Flash, Stylus, Impression, and Expression- All Eclipse writers - Passports I also refurbish Stentura and Xscribe writer ribbon cartridges. I have been refurbishing both Stenograph and Xscribe writer ribbon cartridges for over 20 years. This listing is for the complete refurbishment (renewing) of an Xscribe Stenoram 3 and Ultra ribbon cartridge (also used in Vision 486 and FirstCat writers) that is shipped to me by buyer. * THIS LISTING IS NOT FOR PURCHASE OF RIBBON CARTRIDGE. Once buyer proceeds to pay, I contact buyer to make sure buyer understands that transaction is for a "service" and not a "purchase".Once buyer acknowledges that transaction is for a "service and not a "purchase" I proceed to provide buyer with shipping address so that buyer can ship ribbon cartridge(s) to me AT BUYER'S EXPENSE (buyer pays for shipping to me). I also proceed to mark transaction as "shipped" since it is up to the BUYER to first ship to me (the seller). Buyer proceeds to ship ribbon cartridge(s) to me. Buyer is asked to provide me tracking number of shipment so I can track shipment if necessary.Once shipment arrives I inform buyer of shipment arrival and proceed to refurbish ribbon cartridge(s).I inform buyer once I am ready to ship back ribbon cartridge(s) to buyer shipping address provided to me by buyer. I normally ship back 2 to 3 days after ribbon cartridge arrives. I PAY FOR SHIPPING BACK TO BUYER TO UNITED STATES ADDRESS. BUYER PAYS TO SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESS.Once ribbon cartridge(s) has been delivered back to buyer, buyer emails me to let me know ribbon cartridge has been delivered so I can proceed to email proper re-inking and handling instructions including pictures and video. Resealed with strong black tape strips to prevent plastic fatigue (or damage) to covers in future refurbishings- Picture 2 = Cartridge taken apart - picture 3 = Cartridge further disassembled and cleaned. Worn parts replaced including inking foam. - picture 4 = Ribbon material evaluated. Replaced if completely worn out or little usage left. Refurbishing labor warranty is for 3 months once buyer receives back ribbon cartridge. Discounts:I offer discount on second and subsequent ribbon cartridge refurbishing service if buyer sends me more than one ribbon cartridge at same time.
