Switching between the single-dosing apparatus and the 8.8 oz bean hopper is incredibly easy, as is swapping between the hands-free portafilter fork and the dosing cup platform. The full range of stepless, micrometric grind adjustments is accessed by a single turn of the knob, meaning the numbers on the dial are actually indicative of the grind size you’ve set—a 3 is going to be the same every time. This makes switching between large and small grind sizes easy, so you can flow from brewing pour-over to espresso without needing to dial in again.
