At this point the original Heathkit IG-102s are around 55-60 years old, and the old parts are weak and failing, with leaky capacitors and crumbling cords. We will make them new again! This kit includes a new replacement AC power cord and replacement Supertech film and axial electrolytic capacitors, plus 2 safety disc caps. It also includes instructions to explain how to install everything. You will get the exact parts shown in the picture. These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts, the same parts I use when I rebuild vintage gear. This kit includes a .004 uf cap to replace the .0047, which will increase the output frequency and clean up distortion. This is a helpful upgrade for these units. If you would prefer a .0047 uf cap instead, just let me know. I will include surprisingly well-written instructions, but rebuilding tube gear is somewhat complicated, and you should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron. This kit will not fix everything that could be wrong with your equipment, but it will certainly help. Please see my pictures for details.
