Mouth inside has a hole but this was meant to belong on this baby in order to fit a pacifier. Baby is stuffed with what looks like to be poly-fill so care must be taken with mouth in order to avoid hole getting ruined or polyfill getting pulled. Baby is a artesian made item and is in previously owned shape so pristine new conditions are not to be expected. Love from a reborn lover is something this little one can use.
