He started with his own Academy Award nominated short. After that it was cut down and changed a bit and ran on Disney's Wonderful World of Color as "Man is His Own Worst Enemy." Somewhere along there they likely re-used the drawings post 1960's to create the footage that this cel was used in because it has zerox lines and the later peg holes. Thanks to Frank at animation_art_emporium for some of the info on these cels. This cel is in great shape for its age, with just a bit of line loss here and there and some rubbing. It was attached to the bottom strip with tape at the time of production. We'll include a Charles Scott Gallery COA. NOTE: the waves shown in the matted view have been exaggerated by our scanner. We will mount this gorgeous piece of art in an acid-free, 4-ply paper mat that measures 11" x 14" - so you can just buy your own frame and hang it in your home gallery.
