Description: Offered here is a hanging ornament in the form of a lifelike blue parakeet on a perch. It measures 4 3/4" from the tip of the tail to the top of the head and the perch is 2 1/8" wide. I believe this would be called a flocked ornament -- it has a soft, velvety feel. The bird is fairly heavy and has a good strong hanger to attach it to a tree branch or a bird cage.
