I use genesis heat set paint to give him natural looking baby skin including blotches, birthmarks and veins. She will have realistic painted hair (I do not root hair) and manicured nails. Her head body and limbs will be weighted with glass bead media to give her a weight of approx 11 lbs. She has full arms and legs and a soft doe suede body.
