Description: This R.C. Knipstein Custom Handmade Integral Bowie Knife is a true masterpiece. The 6.375" blade is made of 154 CM steel that has been hand rubbed to a satin finish. The clip point has a very pronounced swedge to aid in penetration. The handle scales are made of gnarly popcorn stag that are attached to the tapered tang with black liners, six stainless steel pins & a stainless steel lanyard tube. This sheath is original to the knife, & also included in the sale is the knife case I've kept it stored in since I've owned it. This knife is an original handmade piece by Joe Knipstein who has retired from knifemaking & is currently a published author.
