This skirt has a soft, velvety feel to it, like suede. This skirt is in great condition with NO rips, tears, stains, or holes. This is a MUST HAVE for any fan of the RAVE brand. This will be stored in our "smoke free" and air-conditioned home while it awaits shipment to you.
