Description: This is a 1990's novelty toilet piggy bank, Unlike all the others you see this is not the Toilet Bank brand. This was made by Zangeen and is still strapped inside the box, Since it is strapped in I couldn't check the batteries or test it. There is a lttle bit of wear on the box but overall still in good shape. Since it wasn't tested it is "as is". It is a very unique brand and I think highly collectable. I will ship to U.S only.
