It measures 2.5” by 2.5”. Signetics was a pioneer in IC design in the early 60’s and 70’s before being absorbed by the larger manufacturer Philips Semiconductor. Signetics was responsible for several best selling IC’s including the 555 timer. “Signetics Integrated Circuits” is printed on the bottom right (See photos).
