Description: This is a RARE, gorgeous, Mid Century Modern, vintage Jie Gantofta Sweden matching creamer and lidded sugar bowl that are handpainted. The pieces are signed by their creator, which looks like it might be Anita Nylund or Ingrid Koskela. The pieces are just breathtaking. The creamer measures about 2" by 5" while the lidded sugar bowl is about 3 1/2" by 4". The pieces are hand painted in vibrant blues, pinks and black in a pretty design that is very Mid Century. Each piece is hallmarked on the bottom with Gantofta and Hand Dekorerad with the artisan's signature. The pieces have no chips, breaks or repairs. A very rare find. See pictures for details. (C)
