Description: Here's a Vintage Goerz Optical 6 1/2 inch f/8 DAGOR Wide Angle Lens in an Acme Shutter--- for Large Format View cameras--- I think up to 8x10 size. I think it's from the 1920's or 1930's or thereabouts--- not sure at all about that. It's in well-used and good Cosmetic Condition--- bargain priced because the Shutter has some deficiencies but otherwise the Glass is Very Nice. The exterior finish has some moderate wear--- some scratches & nicks and scuffs on the shutter ring and some other nicks to the paint. The glass is beautiful----clear and with only a few very minor marks, but No glue separation, haze or fog. Maybe a spec or two of dust inside. Other than that, really very clean and should still produce great results. The aperture is working perfectly, with no oil on the blades and the operation is smooth. But the shutter speeds all Sound sound the same, so some servicing will be in order. No caps, but the Locking Ring is included for the rear section. Continental US Shipping will be $10.50.
