Description: This auction is for an original vintage Souvenir of Bennington, VT Pennant Flag. This novelty souvenir flag was meant to be paired with an oversized pencil. This auction is for the FLAG ONLY, no pencil is included. This handheld flag is made of a vinyl / leatherette type material. It is NOT made of traditional felt material at least not the surface coating isn’t. It does show some wear, scuffs, scratches, creases and general wear etc. Regardless you get this item as is! This flag measures approximately 3" x 6.5". You could display as is or pair it with a wood dowel or pencil. It is unclear who made this or which year it was made, but it’s believed to have been produced in the 1940’s / 1950’s. This would make a perfect addition to your home or a great gift whether you live in Bennington, Vermont or are from there. All my items are from a pet free, smoke free home!
