Description: RARE VINTAGE 1 OWNER 6’ GARCIA CONOLON FOUR STAR NO. 2516-A MEDIUM ACTION ~ VGC I ACQUIRED THIS ROD WHEN IT WAS NEW AND HAVE HAD IT EVER SINCE. IT IS TRULY A “ONE OWNER” ITEM THAT HAS HAD FAIRLY MINIMAL USE. I BELIEVE THAT IT HAS BEEN EXTREMELY WELL CARED FOR. PLEASE NOTE: In taking the photographs for this listing I noticed that THE CORK HANDLE HAS SOME DAMAGE & HAS AN AREA WHERE SOME OF THE CORK IS GONE. THIS AREA IS SHOWN IN SOME OF THE PHOTOS (INCLUDING CLOSE UPS) WITH THIS LISTING. While I believe the rod is fully usable in its current condition; I believe the area could be fairly easily repaired by the new owner if they choose to do so. I expect that someone with more knowledge about fishing equipment would probably know how to repair that defect properly. Other than that, it has no other significant defects that I am aware of and/or have detected.
