The holder is about 3" tall and the main portion has engraved leaves and flowers along with an engraved 'chain' keeping the dog attached to a wood post. There are no maker's markings on this, so I'm not sure which company produced it. It has some general wear and some bends in the ring, but the most egregious flaw is that one of the dog's paws is missing.
