Description: Estate-sale find. A very unique and rare painting and frame that has an easel style stand. It has a chain attachment as well as a chain hanger on the reverse. The hinge on one side has pulled away--it was held in with small tack nails. As you can see, there are areas with some damage and wear. I think it still has a cool look and can be used / appreciated. I believe the painting is upside down--I took photos of it from the other side--it is a flower with a house. Mid to late 1800's would be my guess. I haven't been able to find any similar items.
