Description: Fresh from an estate comes this killer old Timex Electronic circa 1970. This is one of the more sought after models, I believe model 87? Not sure. Watch is in very very good cosmetic condition. Almost no wear to speak of on watch. Leather strap is decent but a later model Swiss army strap I believe. We put a new battery in this watch and it ran perfectly for about 48 hours. Then it stopped and will only run here and there when you move the watch. I'm nearly certain this watch will run just fine once it gets a servicing. I assume it just has ancient oil inside that has stiffened up.
