I was unable to find anything on this item either on E-Bay or Google. I even ran across a 1927 catalog by the manufacturer, Randolph Radio Corp. of Chicago, Ill., and there were some headsets included, but not this one, so I presume it came out later. It is in okay condition for its age, but I put an ohmmeter across the contacts, and there was no continuity, so most likely the thin wire of one of the coils is broken.
