Rare Near Mint 1970’s Eldon H.O. #3220 Astro in White Slot Car Motor Runs

Description: Up for Bid is a Very Nice Rare Near Mint Eldon #3220 H.O. Astro in White. It comes on a clean Black Eldon Chassis. The Can Motor ran strong when tested but there’s an issue with the crown gear. The pinion gear turns with the armature but the crown gear looks loose on the axle. So, the motor and Pinion gear and crown gear will turn but with the loose fit will cause it to bind up. So, the crown gear is either worn too big for the axle or maybe it’s cracked. The body has No Cuts Cracks Bends or Breaks. The Glass and It’s Mounting Post, Wheel Wells and Roof Post are all Intact. The body is nice and has very minor wear as seen in the pics. The Paint is very nice with minimal wear and a small mark under the driver side door. It has the weight., Guide Pin and Screws. The Astro could use tires and a service along with the crown gear.
