Minor scuffs on the bottom. There is a small loose piece on the inside of the figurine from the manufacture process. If you shake the figurine, you can hear a slight rattle. There is some reflection and glare in some pictures from my light (my apologies). It stands about 7.75 inches tall (see pictures). You get exactly what is pictured.
