Description: A very treasures part of my collection, this set was released following the death of hide to commemorate him. The set comes with the original plastic protective fil still attached, and the CDs are flawless. The only issue with the wood is that there's a scuff at the top of the doors. Please see photos for details. The original box the set came in has severe wear on the edges and corners. The outer box is not made of super sturdy cardboard, and as such has gotten a bit scuffed up in the years since release. From the Wiki: The Gold Disc Monument is part of the X Japan Monument Series released in 1998. The Box Set includes a wooden display stand featuring X Japan's singles "Forever Love and "SCARS". The stand can fold shut and features a golden plaque on its front.
