Description: Here is a fantastic chess set, the pieces look to be of French Royalty or something, I cannot read french, even tho I had to years of it in school a few decades ago,. The pieces are way cooler than the normal horses and pawns, these figures are super detailed and almost look alive, I am not sure if these are to be painted , but the included artwork shows the colors if one would choose to do so. The bottom of the box is a chess board. The figures are either plastic or resin, but with their weight, plastic would be more my guess, i am not an expert, but resin stuff seems heavier.. You get the set you see in the pics, the figures will be wrapped for shipping. The taller figures are about 3" tall..
