It is Said That President Roosevelt Went on a Bear Hunting Trip and Failed to Get a Bear After a Few Days. His Guides Did Not Want to Fail, so They Found a Small Bear and Tied it to a Tree then Alerted the President. That's Where he Stated, "That's Where I Draw the Line" and Spared the Helpless Bear. Hence the Rope and Scared Face on This Guy. He's Adorable!! This is a Very High-Quality German Made Hermann Bear. He is an Absolutely Adorable Bear and has Poseable Jointed Arms & Legs and Mohair Tipped Fur. Also "Crys" When Tilted Back and Forth. Really Hard to Find Bear as Only 1000 Were Made.
