Description: A rare English hallmarked sterling silver tea ball by Hammond Turner & Sons of Birmingham dated 1913 in two halves with fine piercing and with a chain and hook. This tea ball opens on a spring and has a hinge. The hook on the back to make the spring strong is made of steel. The interior is gilded. Length 1 3/4" by 2" wide. Very good condition and never monogrammed. Payment to be received within three days after the close of the auction. We ship to the US only.
