Movement is nicely finished with gilding and runs good.Serial number 2231522, circa 1880s. A very early great 82 grade that is a Scarcer model with a total production of less than 8000 units and very few elgins are Private label watches. A nice Collectable Elgin antique pocket watch movement with a dial and nice hands. Movement runs but stops. Has a good balance. Please see pictures for more information and condition. Sold as is.
