This is one of many flicker rings that Vari Vue produced in a group that have multi action animation from the use of 3-5 separate images within the lenticular. The ring is in mint unused condition with all of it's shiny silver colored plating intact. (The image is a little blurry on the dog's nose, and so I discounted it five bucks.) This bug on dog's nose ring is the last one that I have. It will be tough to find examples anywhere else.
