Sometimes referred to as a Cinch or Shortie/Shorty jacket. This jacket belonged to my father who was born in 1931. Based on his age and other listings that I have viewed, this jacket was most likely made in either the 1930’s or 1940’s. Jacket is very small and would fit either a child or a small-framed adult.
