Description: Rare Authentic Translucent Early Corner Notched Dart, Bird Point, Arrowhead Soth Texas Prehistoric Native American Artifact, Nueces River Headwaters, Early Archaic (6,000 to 2500 BC), Early Holocene Glacial Period, Edward Plateau Chert, Excellent Condition. There was no provisional name given to this point, T. R. Hester described this point at the La Jita Site in Uvalde County, Texas. The Martindale and Bandy Points are similar but both points have distinct fishtail appearances. The Early Corner Notched Point was most likely used as a Dart with an Attali.
