RARE AMAZING Art Nouveau French fabric Curtain panel VELOUR floral peach master

Description: ~ Hello and welcome to The Textile Trunk! ~ Please come join us on Instagram: @textiletrunk ~ This panel is out of this world wonderful , this panel is a showstopper ~ its French and dates from 1895-1910 ~ its a magnificent panel of Velour with a classic Art Nouveau design~ as genuine and authentic and pure as they get ~ this is a textile was was being used as the height of Art Nouveau explosion , its velour and would have been a fabulously expensive purchase! The colors are a dull terracotta earthy pink , muted gold and burgundy with offwhite outlines ~ . I can see it was once a curtain and perhaps the backing was removed . I do have another panel of this amazing fabric, to view simply search my store for " showstopper " :) and it will appear. One of my favorite panels of Art Nouveau ~ Im leaving this panel in as found condition and Im selling it not cleaned, for collectors. However, it has never been cleaned in over 100 years, so is in need. There are dirty marks ( please use the zoom feature to view the condition closely and exactly ) and its just a bit musty. It would benefit greatly from being cleaned. However, for design inspiration or collecting, best kept as found ~ There is also damage on this panel on the side edges , please use the zoom feature to view. This panel has signs of time and use often inherent in these wonderful finds, not perfect but this one is PERFECTLY imperfect :) ~ MEASUREMENTS: This panel measures approximately 131 inches long by 50 inches wide ~ CONDITION: these panels are in as found, not cleaned condition.
