Description: This listing features a wonderfully preserved Lower Permian Reptiliomorph fossil in a rock matrix. The species is Discosauriscus which was a semi aquatic amphibian known as a seymouriamorph. The fossils locality was Boskovice, Czech Republic. The matrix measures 12" x 8.75" x 1.125" thick (approximately) and weighs a heavy 9.12 lbs. The fossil measures 6.75" long. The matrix shows signs of repair with areas being held together by glue. This chubby Disco's skin impression has girth from either the geological crushing that could have happened during the fossilization process or a thin layer of coating that was added to replicate skin/mass.
