This is an official game ball like those used in the Northern League games in late 1930's and early 1940's. Pictures the classic MacGregor Gold Smith logo on upper panel. Has Official Northern League on sweet spot. Ball has MacGregor 97 logo marking on lower panel. League President Herman D. White facsimile signature on side panel as shown. Ball is in super nice unused condition. Ball has several signatures on it, most have faded away. Angelo Giuliani is very visible. He played from 1936-1943, thus dating the ball. Marty Marion is on sweet spot. I believe Andy Pafko is on one panel. ? Johnson is on panel with Giuliani. There are at least 3-4 others that are too light to identify any longer.
